Seeking a Process Engineer to work onsite at an industrial process manufacturing plant in Belvidere , NJ. Preferred experience is with formulations, but any industrial/manufacturing plant experience will be accepted.Responsibilities include,- Formulating production campaigns- Updating SOPs, P&IDs and work instructions- Identifying & addressing top performance killers through the MOC process- Tracking and reporting availability performance- Applying six sigma methodology to identify cost savings and process capability improvements- Troubleshooting & completing RCAs for critical Safety, Quality & Operational failuresPreferred Skills:
Powder Processing o Process Improvement o Technical Writing o Change Management o Root Cause AnalysisMinimum
Qualifications:
- B.A./B.S. in an engineering discipline- 1
